Perfect for groups of 10 to 24. The Night Rider is $125 per hour before 7 p.m., $150 after 7 p.m. or $500 for the five-hour party package on Saturday. $450 Sun.-Fri. (excludes proms)
The Generation
This low-floor model offers more head room and fold-away seats to expose additional dance space. The Generation seats up to 25 people and is $125 per hour before 7 p.m., $150 after 7 p.m. or $500 for the five-hour party package on Saturday. $450 Sun.-Fri. (excludes proms)

The Ambassador
This bus is dressed to impress groups of 15 to 35. This VIP model is $125 per hour before 7 p.m., $150 after 7 p.m. or $550 for the five-hour party package. $500 Sun.-Fri. (excludes proms)
The Baker
Wichita’s first and only pink party bus! Pink LED lights, pink accented seats and wood floor. This 35-passenger beauty is $125 per hour before 7 p.m., $150 after 7 p.m. or $575 for the five-hour party package on Saturday. Perfect for proms, bachelorette parties and GNOs.
The Bismarck
True to it’s name, this bus is the largest in The Party Express fleet. It’s also the largest air-conditioned party bus in Kansas!
The Bismarck seats up to 45 and is $150 per hour before 7 p.m., $150 after 7 p.m. or $600 for the five-hour party package on Saturday. $550 Sun.-Fri. (excludes proms)
The following package rates vary according to bus size. Our guests are not charged per person, but please refer to the maximum number each bus will seat, which is listed above.

Christmas Light Tour (two hours): Monday through Thursday – Hummer: $350, Night Rider: $275, Generation: $275, Challenger: $295, Ambassador: $295, Baker: $295, Bismarck: $325
Friday through Sunday – Hummer: $350, Night Rider: $300, Generation: $300, Challenger: $325, Ambassador: $325, Baker: $295, Bismarck: $350
(There is no set route although we typically stick to what we think are the best spots. If the guests have other places they would like to go that is no problem, we are flexible!)
Kid’s Parties (two hours): Hey parents and kids have you been thinking about a party bus for an upcoming birthday? Well Party Express has the perfect deal. For just $250 on any bus (no later than 6:30 p.m. start time on Saturdays) the Party Express will pick you and all your friends up, drive around, listen to music (you’re welcome to bring your own iPod or MP3 player) and stop for drinks or pizza! Cici’s pizza also offers $5 carry-out large pizzas if you’re on the Party Express. Slots fill up fast on the weekends so reserve soon! Only $50 down with a debit or credit card required.
Prom Package (minimum of three hours, package for discounted rate is four hours): Attention juniors and seniors! You have everything planned from your outfit to the restaurant, now you just need transportation … that’s where we come in. When you ride with The Party Express, you will arrive in style aboard the classiest bus in town. Time to impress your friends! Prom rates are as follows:
Hummer (seats 10-12): $150/hour, $750 for five hours (typically 4-8 or 5-10 pm).
Night Rider (seats 10-25): $150/hour, $500 for four hours (typically 4-8 or 5-9 pm) .
Generation (seats 10-25): $150/hour, $525 for four hours (typically 4-8 or 5-9 pm).
Ambassador (seats 15-35): $150/hour, $550 for four hours (typically 4-8 or 5-9 pm).
Challenger (seats 15-35): $150/hour, $550 for four hours (typically 4-8 or 5-9 pm).
Baker (seats 15-35): $150/hour, $550 for four hours(typically 4-8 or 5-9 pm).
Bismarck (seats 15-45): $175/hour, $600 for four hours (typically 4-8 or 5-9 pm).
Concert Transportation (two hours split): Party Hummer: $350, Night Rider/Generation: $275. Ambassador/Challenger: $300. Bismarck: $325.
Gaming Package (Generation bus only): Great for kids’ parties, the Generation now comes equipped with a Wii when you reserve a gaming package. The gaming package is $275 for two hours. Ask for details when you call.
Wedding Transportation (two hours): The Party Express buses and van are a fun alternative to conventional wedding party transportation. No matter how large or small your party, we’ll get everyone to the church, or picture location, or reception on time! Wedding transportation rates follow the same hourly rates listed above. The time allowance is adjustable and don’t forget to ask about our bachelor/bachelorette and wedding special.

Enough already! I’m ready to reserve a bus! In the event of a cancellation, the reservation fee is retained by The Party Express. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the date of reservation, payment of the full rental amount is required.
